Currently, we do not provide any option for cancelling the products and/or services you have purchased. Once you have purchased a product/service, we cannot provide any refund, either partially or entirely. We recommend that you go through the demos and/or free to use contents/products/services before making a purchase. Our Student Support Specialists are available to assist you via phone, and email.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a 50% refund or 100% exchange for another product of equal value within 48 hours of the purchase date. Refund or exchange depends on the acceptance of the case by Office heads, considering the situation.
Please note that the final decision will be made by the Director of Agrimly India. If there is a dispute, the customer can approach the Director for case settlement. For further clarification, the case will be transferred to the jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court.
